Ben Rosenthal got his Masters in Dramatic Writing at the New School for Social Research in 2001. He is a three time Ojai Playwrights Conference Fellow, a former member of Youngblood and a current member of the Ensemble Studio Theatre. His play Welcome Back, Buddy Combs premiered on EST'S mainstage in 2004 as part of Thicker Than Water. His play Safe debuted in EST'S 2010 Marathon of one-act plays. He is the other of numerous plays and screenplays, and recently performed in his own one-act Claude of Nunavut at the Mantajila Theatre in California. Ben recently returned from the Ojai Playwrights Conference, where he developed Neptune Kelly while Writer in Residence.
