Jacqueline Strayer is a distinguished communication and marketing expert, consultant, and educator. She was an elected officer at three global Fortune 500 companies and has a broad industry background spanning medical device, technology, diversified industrials, aerospace, consulting and financial services. Strayer teaches at New York University and Columbia University, where she is faculty lead for the NYU Stern School of Business Social Impact Fellows Program. She consults with clients on a range of topics related to marketing, personal and leadership brand, communications, reputation, storytelling and social impact.

Among her awards include the Points of Light award from General Colin Powell for her work in Corporate Social Responsibility and twice received the “Best in Class” award from U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley for her leadership in improving education in marginalized communities. She  has published dozens of articles  about contemporary issues and their relationship to leadership, marketing, and the public relations practice. Throughout her career she has had both a personal and professional focus on social impact and its intersection with business and society. Importantly, early in her career she created the first communication and training program to address sexual harassment in the workplace in the United States. 

Strayer's academic credentials include an MPS from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a BA from the University of Connecticut. She has completed all doctoral coursework in organizational leadership and studied at the London School of Economics  while she worked as a research associate for Sir Marcus Fox, MP (Yorkshire).

She has spent her life traveling the world and advancing the arts, serving on the boards of film festivals, public television and radio stations and the performing arts andworks globally with social entrepreneurs advising them on communication and marketing strategies She has interviewed thousands of people throughout the world on farms and in factories, from the mailroom to the boardroom along with Heads of State, Presidential Medal of Freedom recipients, Nobel Laureates, Pulitzer, Tony, Olivier, Golden Globe, Emmy and Oscar awardees and Hall of Famers. Her upcoming book, BrandYOUtation, and her new podcast, People in This Moment, are set for release in 2024. She holds two trademarks for her  Global Brand Convergence® launched in 2022, and is the creator of her trademarked narrative, The 90-Second You®.  She believes everyone has a great story to tell.
