The Depression Brunch

It’s a brand new year, and Youngblood is depressed.

It’s that time again, when all our hopes and dreams of the old year are mothballed and we all resolve that somehow, this time, things will be better. We’re all going to slim down, hook up, make it happen, pay no attention to that gnawing feeling in the pit of our stomach.

It’s time to watch some new plays and drink and eat bacon.

George W. Brunch

The muckraking rabble rousers of Youngblood enter the political arena.

Determined to take political theater beyond red states and blue states, beyond liberal and conservative, beyond cheap, disrespectful W jokes.

There must be something we can all agree on.

OF COURSE THERE IS:

It’s pancakes. And booze. And bacon. And theater.

And maybe, just maybe, it’s all of them together.

THIS IS YOUR COUNTRY, AMERICA. AND THIS IS YOUR BRUNCH.
